General Rules
1) Be respectful to everyone on the site.
A) Any Form of Cyber Bullying will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate punishment.
B) There will be no fighting at all, if you have a problem please pm the other person and add a staff member to the pm so we can settle things easily.
sub B) Any arguing in the c-box will not be tolerated. There will be 2 very clear warnings before a standard, MINIMUM 1 hour banning. This stands for ALL members. Staff included.
2) Plagiarism is not allowed.
3)We are a community, if you have any suggestions do not be afraid to let the staff know. They are here to help you.
A) Staff are still members of the site, they just help run the site. Staff members should not be above any rule.
4) This site will remain rated PG-13.
A)Sexual Content is not allowed. You must fade-to-black.
5) You are only allowed to have 1 account on this site. However, there is a character limit. You are can have 2 characters PER DISTRICT. Victors are not counted. Once your chatacter wins the games, they are removed from this stipulation.

Character Rules

A) You need to hit "New Thread" in order to find the template.
2) All Characters in the Districts ages 12-18 will be put in the reaping.
A) If your character is reaped they may be sent to the Hunger Games, unless someone takes their place.
3) No Character should be perfect, people have flaws, so should characters.
A) If your character is not accepted because a staff member sees a problem with it, do not argue, just fix it. It saves time and allows your character to be accepted faster.
B) This is before Katniss' time, canons are not allowed.
C) Variety is important in a diverse nation, not all characters should have similar bios. If you have hard time coming up with an idea it is ok to ask for ideas, you may get inspired.
4) Characters can die. If your character happens to die, all threads involving them should be finished quickly.
5) You are limited to 2 characters PER DISTRICT
A) Extra character privileges may be given in certain circumstances.
B) If a character goes into the Hunger Games and DIES, they will not be included, and will be removed from the limit. The only other option is if they live, and win. The victors as well will not be included in this limit.
6) If you want to use a face claim, your character must be accepted before you claim it.
A)Please do not forget to claim, if another user claims, and you have already been accepted, but have not claimed, the second user will receive the claim.
This does not stand for dead characters. If/When your character dies, notify a staff member and they will remove the face claim.
A)The faceclaim is first come first serve.
B)If your character is a twin let the staff know.

Roleplay Rules
Roleplay Rules
1) Your character must be accepted in order to Roleplay.
2) Characters are confined to their districts with a few exceptions such as the Hunger Games.
3) If a character is causing problems or doing something they are not supposed to, such as stealing, they may be taken to a re-education center.
A) If your character is taken to a re-education center then all threads involving them should take a brief pause.
B) The Re-Education Center also presents opportunities as well, so if your character is taken there you might end up with free items. It can be a gamble and they could end up being harmed in the process.
C) Your character can also elude capture and being sent to the re-education center, if that does happen your character may also get rewarded.
4) Powerplaying or controlling other characters is not allowed.
5) Double posting is not allowed.
6) Chat speak is not allowed.
7) There is no word minimum currently, but try and match the other rpers.
8) In your threads put a note if it is open or closed or with a specific person. Such as "Title of Thread [open]".
A)You can make a thread and request a mod. If a mod is requested you may encounter a unique storyline your character can follow.
B)If you do not label it, it will be assumed to be open.
9) A thread must be at least 3 pages in order to be archived.
